30-Day Return Policy – All Customers:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order (extended to 45 days in certain cases).
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and mostly in its original condition (light use may be accepted).
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@thenorthlane-uk.shop with:
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
• Supporting photos or videos, if applicable (optional).
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase free of charge.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
